Description of Varna
The stunning beauty of Bulgaria’s Black Sea Coast belies the often inexplicably low property prices across the region. Varna is the biggest of Bulgaria’s coastal cities and has a notably cosmopolitan atmosphere that separates it from the much of the country beyond. A mecca for holiday home hunters and a magnet for sun-seekers from the mid-spring to late-autumn, investment opportunities in and around Varna are not to be overlooked.
Both short and long-term rental yields are reasonably attractive across Bulgaria’s Black Sea Coast – highs of 7 per cent are not uncommon. In addition, significant investment in the local infrastructure for the benefit of tourists has led to an ongoing swell in visitor volumes every year. Varna is well on its way to becoming something quite special.
