Still Time to Register for the Online Auction

TheMoveChannel.com are still taking registrations for their online bidding service that will be operational for the forthcoming auction, managed by property auctioneers Sutton Kersh Binstock.

The final day to sign-up to the facility is Friday 8^th of August and by registering for our service you will be allowed to access the auction activity online, via our webcast. This will offer registered bidders real-time audio and video connection with the auctioneer, from the comfort of their home or office.

After the 8^th of August you will only have the option of bidding by telephone, proxy or of course attending the auction in person.

Property Viewing

Within just a few days of the Sutton Kersh Binstock catalogue having been made available, a number of the lots had already received requests for viewing.

Lot 6, a detached three bedroom house based in Watford, Hertfordshire, has had more than 10 viewing requests and looks as if it will be a popular property at the auction. The guide price of £170,000 reflects the fact that the accommodation requires some repair and modernisation.

Another item that has received a healthy amount of interest is Lot 10, a semi-detached three bedroom Victorian house located in New Barnet, Hertfordshire, with a guide price of £350,000.

Lot 16 has also had a number of viewing enquiries. This self contained, ground floor, one bedroom flat, situated within a purpose-built block is based in Hendon, North West London. With a guide price of £130,000 and located in a leafy part of town, it's no wonder that this apartment is receiving such interest.

Auctioneers Sutton Kersh Binstock, believe from experience that as the auction date nears, there will also be plenty of interest for the overseas properties in Bulgaria and Germany.

So, as we edge closer to the Sutton Kersh Binstock auction date, the activity for the online service is already beginning to take off as buyers register their details early in preparation for the big event.

The auction will be held on Tuesday 12^th of August 2008 at the Danubius Hotel Regents Park, 18 Lodge Road, St John`s Wood, Regents Park, NW8 7JT.
