'Right to Buy ' Discount
We bought our ex council flat 2 years ago under the rtb discount scheme which means that we can't sell within 3 years without repaying a third of the discount (Ł7,700). However due to rather personal circumstances we are going to have to move this year (family illness). Is there ANY way we can sell sooner without incurring this penalty?? We are not out to make a 'fast buck' just desperate to re-locate. Many thanks 0
