Affordable city apartments
Some time ago I saw a TV program regarding studio style apartment developments specifically geared towards people buying for the first time. These developments required the purchaser to meet certain criteria such as no children, no car all governed buy a community contract. However, the idea was that they were an affordable entry to the property ladder? Does anybody know where I can find more information on these developments? 0
