Affordable properties

 
Hi all,

I recently started investigating the possibility of owing my own home. To be honest, I thought I would not be able to afford a decent house. After some research, I found a website where repossessed houses are sold. Turns out that I saved more money than I had bargained for. I bought the house on auction for a bargain, way below market value.

I really expected the process to be time-consuming. But no, it was a straight forward process and I easily obtained my house this way. Can't way, I am moving this weekend :)auction
