Amazing 5.00% rate with 90%ltv and ...
Hi I have this amazing rate of 5.00% fixed until 31/12/2008 with no extended tie in, 90% Loan to value with 100% rental cover at payrate and low fees and they are offering no broker fees I though you would like to know, I am already getting this mortgage for two properties I am getting at a lower price.
