Anyone offering large mortgages?

My current mortgage deal is on a fixed rate which is due to expire at the end of next month. My lender says they have no new mortgage rates to offer me and I'll just revert to their Standard Variable Rate which is very expensive. I've approached a couple of banks and been told they can't offer me anything because they no longer have mortgages available for that size. Is there anyone who will offer me a competitive remortgage?
Since the credit crunch, many lenders have reduced the size of the mortgages they are willing to offer. This has meant that many homeowners have been left with large mortgages which they are unable to switch to more competitive interest rates.
However, this doesn't mean you will not be able to obtain a competitive remortgage rate. There are a number of high street banks still offering competitive large loans and there are a range of private banking institutions happy to consider residential loans.
Make an appointment with an independent mortgage broker to discuss your situation and objectives in full. They will be aware of the various lenders offering Large mortgages and be able to negotiate competitive terms on your behalf.
