Beating the competition and getting...
we viewed our dream house yesteday and were the 3rd people to veiw it. The 2 viewers before us have already put in an offer of the asking price. They have property to sell as do we. My question is - 1) What kind of offer do we put in - presumably another asking price offer is fruitless 2) How do we get exclusivity even if we haven't sold ? Its a wonderful house and we dont want lots of other people viewing it this week so want our offer accepted and marketing of it stopped. Any tips anyone ?
