Bishop's Move

Just some feedback. Having read your guide to employing a removal company (v.helpful) I thought I'd look at the site-finder part of your web-site to help me get a few quotes. Bishops Move have an alphabetical advantage over the other removal firms as presumably most people who are busy wouldn't have time to browse through the 35 records on that part of the site. My attempts to contact this company by email for a quote (no response - 2 emails sent) and by phone (told to ring back the next day) meant that I have looked elsewhere for removal services. I thought I'd let you know as ....I know their service levels or lack of them aren't your responsibility but I it might be worth relegating them to a slot further down the list as they don't strike me a customer service orientated company!

I used Bishop's Move recently and, if my experience is anything to go by, they are good at selling and have nice brochures but do not expect a good quality of service any time after you sign the contract and pay your removal bill. The bill has to be paid before you move and I can now well understand why they do this.
