Buying Property In Dubai

Dubai is a wonderful place to invest in a holiday home, or even to live in.
Prices........Very good
People...........Wonderful
Shopping.......... Paradise
Secure, Clean

I bought 2 apartment in Dubailand 3 months ago. It has already go up by 25%.

Would you really live in Dubai?
I wouldn't invest there.
How much could you actually sell your apartments for? (Rather than what someone tells you they are worth)
