City of Fountains will provide “comfortable environment” by means of its unique atmosphere, location, and amenities.
Colliers International, the worldwide affiliation of independently owned and operated companies, has been selected as consultant and sales agent for City of Fountains, an ambitious Sofia real estate project.
The project investor is Karrat Group EOOD, which is part of an international holding with activities in several areas and in several countries. City of Fountains, which is the company’s most recent project, boasts the ambitious aim of changing Sofia’s landscape by creating an apartment, office, and retail complex specifically targeted to the lifestyle of modern professionals and property investors.
City of Fountains is located in Mladost 4 Residential Area, in close proximity to Vitosha Mountain and 400 away from Business Park Sofia, Sofia’s largest office and commercial complex with many hypermarkets, restaurants, and office premises, where many international and large national companies are seated. The complex has excellent transport connections to the city centre (including a metro station to be completed within a couple of years), to other parts of the city (thanks to its proximity to Sofia Ring Road), and to the highway connecting Sofia to numerous winter resorts and towns in the south of the country.
The complex offers numerous amenities, including a large SPA and fitness centre, on-site kindergarten, a vast retail centre, a vast swimming pool (open in summer and closed in winter), as well as substantial recreation areas and fountains running throughout its grounds.

After the completion of the project, it will be managed by a specialized filial company of the investor. This will ensure that the original high quality of the complex will be preserved and that the unique atmosphere will be retained.
The project has already attracted much interest by both property buyers and investors. The main reasons identified by them for choosing City of Fountains for living or investment are atmosphere, quality, and location.
Other partners involved in the ambitious Sofia real estate project are the leading Sofia construction company SD Bokal-S, the architectural office Rumina Am. Construction supervision has been assigned to Consultant Enginnering Group, and mortgage possibility is provided by United Bulgarian Bank.
