DEEDS

We own a piece of land which is hatched orange on our deeds and hatched orange on our neighbours deeds. In my deed there is a clause that says :

(a) The right for the owner of occupier of plot 1 to park 2 private motor cars within the parking area hatched orange on the said plan (b) The right for the owner or occupier of Plot 1 to pass and repass on foot over and along the parking area hatched orange on the said plan TO HOLD the same unto the purchasers in fee simple.

For info : Plot 1 is my neighbours and the Purchasers is me
For info : Only 2 cars can be parked in the orange hatched area

Is there anything we can do to prevent plot 1 from taking all the parking by exercising his right ?

I don't understand. Surely if you are buying the property from them, the rights they have as owners will be passed to you. Or am I being stupid?
