Dubai Properties

What does everybody think about properties in Dubai? Is it a good time to buy property there? Why? Why not?

It is now the golden period of the Middle Eastern region. Prices and Investor returns (ROI) are both excellent and both consumer and developer confidence is reflected in the stunning array of high-low price apartments from Sharjah (an Emirate to the East of Dubai) and Jebel Ali (port).

From a consumer view the investments are secure certainly in the short-medium term whereas rents are steadily increasing for the erstwhile tenant.
