 FLORIDA - HOT OR NOT?

We currently have a great 5* property development in Florida. Great capital appreciation and rental returns... 2 yrs of mortgage paid. Fantastic location and beachfront.
Is Florida hot or not. I think its established, a strong market, stable economy, great rental returns and long term capital appreciation. Hot yes.. and not as risky as most places being promoted.
This development is offplan and offers great growth, so flipping the property is a possibility.
