Investment Hotspot - MOROCCO

The King of Morocco is aiming to attract 10 Million visitors by 2010, 6 new Resorts are being developed to attract visitors to the country, these are referred to as the Plan Azure Resorts, two have been released, these are Saidia & Port Lixus, apartments, townhouses & Villa's are available for purchase on both sites.

Has anyone invested in either Saidia or Port Lixus? or is anything thinking about making an investment in Morocco? I've got quite alot of information on these resorts if anyone is interested.

A number of smaller resorts such as PBGR, Tanjah, Plam Beach are also being created between Tangier - Asilah, these also look great - Emaar's new project Tinja is also to be released soon..

Now is def the time to invest in Morocco, does Morocco interest anyone?

After months of research we have now finally come up with great investment opportunities in property developments in Morocco.

We are in the process of securing land in Marrakech, on the Atlantic coast and on the coast in Northern Morocco. We are now looking for TIER 1 investment to start the property developments. Returns are very attractive between 180% and 200% over 3 years.
