Investor requires BMV properties

We are a property company formed by two professionals and have been investing in the UK for a number of years. We have a bank of investors and our own funding in place and are interested in buying or sourcing below market value property. Hi,

What % BMV are you looking for? Are your investors looking to put a deposit in.

I can source many properties at 15% BMV that will require a 15% deposit and generate a 6-7% yield. I also manage refurbs, produce photos of property, meet the surveyor, arrange lettings etc.

Also can arrange creative fiance.

Average OMV for a property in this area is £75K and excellent rentability
