Managing Agents

 
Just a simple piece of advice. When you buy a leasehold property find out who the managing agents are and check them out. We have had a nightmare with ours. overcharge, underperform and there is nothing that we seem to be able to do. They are not a member of the association of residential managing agents and so we don't seem to have any comeback.
