NEW WEBSITE - INPUT NEEDED - NORTHE...

Hi

for those who have not heard of us, we are Simon and Vikki and we are based in the UK.

Our parents purchased a property in the TRNC over 3 years ago and to date have nothing to show for their maney, just a very large loan for £150,000 that they (in failing health) are struggling to pay on their meagre pensions.

We are hoping that this group will be able to lead or advise those as to the possible pitfalls that may occur when purchasing in Northern Cyprus

The country is truly beautiful and the people also, but there are many unscrupulous characters lurking including Developers, Estate Agents and more worringly even Lawyers

We bought a Northern Cyprus Property a while ago for 47,500 and are very pleased. We've had no problems that I can think of. Eveything has been running according to schedule so far. And it is equiped with everything needed for a summer house. This Cyprus Property is located up in the hillside approximately 500 meters from the sea, amongst a green conservation area. Situated on the east side of the island. My husband believes that this is a good investment and so far he's had a good eye for these things.

Hi,
No need to worry,I came with a solution for you.
As you said that you are having the property,you can invest on it...don't be scared that investing on property...
I advice you for a great book for property investment which you had never seen and your confusion will be cleared by reading that book.
