Need to get rid of furniture quick !

Hi All,

I have a friend that has difficulty letting out his house in Southampton. Well, he finally has a tenant, but they have their own furniture, and so he needs to get rid of the existing furniture - QUICK !

Whats the best way: storage ? house clearance ? suggestions welcome ?

The quickest way is either house clearance, or with more hassle, getting it all into storage. If you have a little more time it may be worth considering approaching the local general salerooms who will collect and auction it.

You can guarantee that the next tenant will want furniture...........!
