PROPERTY PRICES 30 PER CENT LOWER I...

For those of you looking for ‘real Spain’ the Costa de la Luz, known as ‘the Coast of light’, is the place for you. Heard it was dead in the winter
Very windy
Sea is cold

Other than is suppose to be ok. Is a growth area as was less developed is good for some, not so for others, it depends if you want services. Close to Portugal a bonus.

I live on the Costa del Sol but love the Costa de la Luz.

The problems on Costa de la Luz are those mentioned by the guy above plus a few other problems such as lower wages, worse job opportunities and a much shorter summer (since it's windier and colder).

If it wasn't for these problems the Costa de la Luz would be built up and I would be living there since the beaches are soooo much nicer.
