Solicitor complaints

 
If you have a complaint over the actions of your solicitor and want to make a complaint to the OSS, make sure you do it quickly. Due to a hectic work schedule, my wife and I did not get round to making our complaint all that quickly, I think it took about 6 months. Then the OSS told us that they only respond to complaints that relate to matters that took place in the last 3 months.
