Well as I have said, I think this site Rocks which to you who don't know what this means (Superb).. It is well informative, looks, good, easy to use and colourfull....so who agrees ??

No seriously, I have found it very useful, particularly for keeping tabs on my competitors! The newsletter is also a nice bite sized digest of what has been going one.

A couple of (minor) gripes though:
The search is a bit slow.
Some areas of the directory are a bit sparsely populated.
The international section only covers Spain, and only with one property. It wouldn't be too hard to get some other countries on there.

Other that that, it's pretty darn good and well different to the other property sites.

The customer service is excellent. I sent in a complicated enquiry (which I won't bore you with) and after less than two days I had received a really helpful personal response. Most people you contact via their websites don't even bother these days - very refreshing.

Yeah they are very helpfull...I had an error that needed to be amended and it was done ithin half an hour...Not many companies can say and do this

Well it's good to know a few of you appreciate what we are doing. Unfortunately, not everyone feels the same way. I had this charming e-mail this morning, from David Dodd, which simply read:

"your site is crap, can't find anything"

Yeah well, from one designer to another, we know how feeble and incompitent some users are, I mean some of them want you to automate browsing the web because they don't understand the concept of using a mouse...I had one user ring myself once and I was giving him tasks over the phone..at one point I sad to him " right mouse click and tell me what happens" his reply was "Nothing"....he had only wrtten down "mouse click" I rest my case!!!
