VFI Overseas Properties

Hi,
I have bought a property through VFI called Jewel of the Sea and have had nothing but problems. I have now just been told by their lawyers Giambrone and Law that the golf course does not have planning permission and it probably never will. Ontop of this I have also found out that the commercial area and the club house never had planning permission and is very unlikely to be built. Therefore I find myself having purchased a property that has no facilites at all. What kind of 5 star project is this?
