advice wanted

Hi, we are planning on selling our house. The second bedroom only has single glazing, will it be worth our while getting it double glazed? If the main bedroom is done will buyers be worried about the second bedroom? Also how much does it cost?

Hi Dawn.
They may be willing to overlook a single-glazed window but normally adding a double glazed window will have a positive impact on the value of the house. This is particularly relevant if you are expecting to sell the house to a family, i.e all bedrooms will be inhabited.
Double glazing is a becoming a lot cheaper than it used to be. I would recomend anglianhome.co.uk
