btl mortgages

 
Hello, hope someone can help out with my query below.

Over the pas 5 yrs i've built in large property portfolio in East London (particuluarly in ex-council flats/maisonettes). I have exhausted my credit limit with BMS (upto £10m), Mortgage Express (upto £6m). With the recent credit crunch pressure in the market, it is virtually impossible to find a lender that will lend LTV85% on ex-council flats.. I usually purchase the property either cash/brdiging then re-mortgage on completion day + 1


any ideas ???

would appreciate some feedback.
