buying Phuket property

I have fallen in love with Phuket and it seems you can get great returns on your money so i´m going for it!!

I have about 250.000 Uk pounds to invest - anybody know what I should be able to get for my money and what are the best things to buy for return on investment ?????

What to buy for the best return - thats the 64000 dollar question - if you find out please let me know.
