This company really take the biscuit.

The internet site leads you to believe that delivery is next day and free...so after you pay online for yr boxes..they phone you 4 hours later asking for delivery charge.at £4.

Phoning to complain only added to my anger. The manager was unbelievably rude and sarcastic.

Incredible....100% bad service..couldnt quite believe a company custermer service could be so rotton !

i would agree whole heartedly i would NEVER use this company again.. payment in advance wrong boxes delivered, wont take calls when calling for refund..very rude women in office...

We have just used a1box.co.uk and the service was very good, we only ordered the boxes at 5.45 pm the previous day and got them delived at 8.15 am the next day. My wife was a bit nervous at using them but the service so far has been very good. The main thing we have been looking for is someone to make a box for our grand father clock and A1 can do this, so i have now ordered this special bespoke box from them which is 7 feet high!!, i have now got to find someone strong to help us lift it.
