Sale Price Statistics

 
i am looking for up to date (sept 2003) statistics on london sale prices (esp. Hammersmith & Fulham) as a percentage of the asking price.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure if it's stil published, but the best information I have seen on percentage of asking prices achieved was the Bradford & Bingley Home report. I suggest you contact them and ask if they still publish it.
