House Trapped in the Sun
(C4) - Looking for vendors with problem properties to take part in three full-length episodes to be filmed late this year and early in 2006.

Have you any properties that are proving difficult to sell, perhaps they have nightmare issues?
Have you discovered serious structural problems, planning restrictions or issues with access to your property that are making your house hard to sell?
Did you buy off-plan from an agent who made wild promises?

Britain's Channel 4 is producing a new series of their successful 'House Trapped in the Sun' series. The show's producers are looking for vendors with problem properties to take part in three full-length episodes to be filmed late this year and early in 2006.
Expert and presenter of ‘Selling Houses’ is coming out to France this Winter (2005) to help vendors confront issues that are preventing their property from selling or generally causing problems. He will give you sound advice as well as a makeover designed to sell your property quickly. Properties must have been on the market for at least 3 months and the owners must be prepared to spend at least 1% of the value of their property on a makeover aimed at achieving a sale.
