houses with single skin extensions ...
Hello: I was wondering if anyone out there knew what the actual law is concerning mortgages on houses with single skin extensions? My extension (2 storey) is single skin, and it has bombed in two Homebuyers Reports that our would-be buyers had on the house. Is there any way round it? Even if I had something in writing from a structural engineer saying it was solid, is there no way I can sell it? I'm grateful for any advice anyone might have. Derek
