A new way to view commercial property in central London from your PC is to be launched as its first UK commercial implementation in commercial property search engine, NovaLoca. You may have seen the aerial imagery provided by most web-based maps which offer a vertical view of a location. You may even have experienced Bird’s Eye imagery from Microsoft (where it’s available) which offers an angled view from four directions; north, south, east and west. These maps already offer an in-map property search facility, local area information embedded in the map and seamless embedding into the client’s site, as well as aerial, hybrid and Bird’s Eye view (from Microsoft and where it’s available) of locations. The addition of Street Level View to these maps means anyone looking for commercial property in London (using NovaLoca.com) will be able to stand in front of their chosen property, take a look at the one next door and go for a ‘walk’ to the nearest shop or tube station. This will revolutionise the way property is marketed in London as well as the way occupiers find and select commercial property to buy or rent.
