pretenanted portfolios opportunity

Hi all in themovechannel world.
I have 4 uk investment portfolios for sale. They come fully furnished to a good standard (some of the furniture packs previously cost about £5000 bulk bought per apartment) with a small discount off the OMV, but the real cherry is that they come with a genuine rental guarantee of 7% for one year. Each portfolio must be sold as a portfolio and are not being sold on a piece-meal basis. They range from a small portfolio of just 3 apartments going up to an entire secure development site of 14.
