My advices will not be useful in prices, but I lived for some time in Sharm and Sinai. In case you may think to buy in other places, I suggest you think about North coast and South of the Red Sea also.
It's advisable to take enough time to know and to learn about the country before you decide where to buy. Specially in Sharm where properties are more expensive than other areas. It's also useful if you visit other areas out of Sinai. I know Sharm is the most famous, but there are imaginary places in Egypt and not that famous around the world.
