hi we run a relocating company in south wales, have you thought of trying one of these, it takes a lot of the stress away and stops you from buying in the wrong area

Do your homework. Visit the area and see what you think. Stay at a hotel local one weekend and get a feel for the areas.

Hello,
Have you tried a home finder in London? once you have given them a brief they will sort everything out for you.
My company is a home finding consultancy and we have many clients that relocate to Yorkshire (this is where we specialise in as we were born and bred in Yorkshire) having the same worries as you do. Don't mix up home finders with estate agents. Home Finders work specifically for the buyer, Estate Agent works only for the seller.
Best of Luck
