A client of the firm, a bridging company, has recently launched a new service that I believe may be of interest to you or your clients. Our client has sent me an email detailing this offer and I have copied and pasted below the relevant wording. Please let me know if this is of interest.

Dear Sirs
For £995 we offer free unlimited access to bridging funds for a 12 month period for use in conjunction with same day re mortgages.
This is regardless of the number of transactions you undertake during this 12 month period. There are no hidden charges. This fee of £995 is payable on completion of the first bridging loan - allowing you to factor this amount into your remortgage advance if you wish. This is a considerable saving for those investors who will require regular use of bridging facilities.
After the 12 month period has elapsed, you are free to renew your annual subscription for the following 12 month period if you wish. The only restriction is that your bridging loan facility is limited to £250 000 per day per customer.
You will be referred to our nominated Solicitors who have been carefully selected for there expertise and experience in bridging, re financing and the below market value property arena. You will also be given access to our team of brokers if you wish- a leading UK Buy To Let mortgage broker/ packager fully authorised to administrate your remortgage application, including instructing and liaising with surveyors. They will be able to advise you on the products suitable to your needs and assist you in countering the current financial climate using creative finance to expedite the production of your mortgage offer and issuing it to the nominated Solicitors. Our broker will not charge you a brokerage fee. Alternatively, you may use a broker of your own choice.
Three Easy Steps
1. Simply contact us by telephone or email advising us of your requirements. We will require your name, correspondence address, contact details, the purchase price and address of the purchase property and the estimated market value of the property and if you wish to use our recommended broker/ packager.
2. We will provider you with details of our nominated solicitors and, if required, our mortgage packager/ broker whom will contact you to guide you through the process.
3. You now have instant access to our bridging product! Our nominated solicitors will liaise directly with us to draw down the required bridging funds on completion!
We reserve the right to withdraw all funding facilities where we believe that the customer is not operating in an equitable manner in their business dealings including, but not limited to, their dealings in the 'sale and rent back' market. This decision will be made entirely at our discretion.
