Hey people, I'm not sure if you've seen this, but I found it extremely useful:
mouseprice.com

It is a great place to find out the price paid for any property sold in the UK - it is a lot less cluttered than all the other sites and alot quicker. I'm such a nosey neighbour!!

Yes - I presume "Lady" Lea has found a new way of making money! It seems okay - you pays your money and get the proce informaton you require.

If anybody is looking to buy or sell a property, I have found a very useful website that gives property info for individual areas ie: prices and market trend reports, it's well worth a look. It features a satellite map function that is great for viewing the local area, and seeing what is available nearby; schools, main roads, etc..) It also has a good tool for assessing the current house prices and previous paid prices of recent sales in the area.

Here's another house price site: www.houseprices.co.uk

What I like about this one is that all the sales in the area covered by the map are displayed, not just those on the street you look up. So it's easier to gather price information on the surrounding local area.

ya, claire is right. for free valuations, its great to go there. its is good for all renters, buyers, owners and estate agents.

have u seen the funky feature of birds eye view of your property. its a fun stuff.
