The summer holiday is over and, as the nights draw in and workplaces return to their autumn routines, everyone needs a place to renew their batteries. The Renaissance Residence is just that.

There is an international vibe to the place: 63,000 university students are now registered to study in the area from 130 countries, with the judicial system based on the English legal system and, indeed, English widely spoken. With property values enjoying “steady increases”, GTR hails the region as ideal for holiday, investment and permanent residence.
Tempting buyers and tourists to stay for longer is the pollution-free environment and abundance of local historical landmarks. Even kids are catered for with four outdoor swimming pools, including one equipped with water slides.
