Spotlight on Brazil: Rio de Janeiro

This month, the world’s eyes turn to Brazil, as it hosts the 2016 Summer Olympics. But there is more to Brazil than just Rio de Janeiro. And so, in honour of the Rio games, TheMoveChannel.com is having its own marathon – a month-long tour of Brazil’s lesser known property hotspots.

This week, we’re looking at the lesser known regions and the surrounding areas of Rio. The coastal town of Paraty, for example, still remains largely undiscovered. The historic city of Cabo Frio, meanwhile, has some of the best beaches that stretch of coastline has to offer. The city is home to an international airport and is the seventh oldest city in Brazil, lending it some serious appeal in terms of authenticity, which is sure to be attractive for visitors. Any one of these featured properties would be an excellent investment opportunity and, with Rio in the spotlight, now is the perfect time to enquire.
