Jeremy Renner has listed his mansion for sale.
The actor, who rose to fame with his Oscar-nominated turn in Kathryn Bigelow's The Hurt Locker, was nominated for a second time for his supporting role in Ben Affleck's The Town. But as both directors compete for the big film awards this year, their former star is busy earning his real estate stripes.
Indeed, Renner is almost as talented in the home department, flipping several properties in the Los Angeles area in recent years with his partner, and fellow actor, Kristoffer Winters.
The latest? A mansion in Holmby Hills. The estate, which spans 10,000 square feet, is a "roaring ‘20s art deco home", according to the listing, and is "fir for a 21 st Century Howard Hughes". It's a bold claim, but one that's backed up by its expansive six bedrooms, 11 baths and giant 14-foot ceilings. Winters' design is topped off by five fireplaces, a theatre, a wine cellar and, of course, a swimming pool with spa.
Renner next appears in Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters this year and was in the action sequel The Bourne Legacy last year, but he has wasted no time on his latest property endeavour. The mansion was purchased in 2010 for $7 million, according to the LA Times.
The price for the newly flipped home? $24.95 million.
If that's not worth an award, we don't know what is.
