Celine Dion’s €9m Paris mansion is for sale

Celine Dion’s €9 million mansion in Paris is now for sale. That sentence should be enough to get most celebrity property-watchers excited: Celine Dion has always been linked with some of the most stunning real estate in the world, including this 20-acre island home.

The 48-year-old singer’s latest listing comes almost a year after the tragic passing of her husband, Rene Angelil. The pair reportedly bought the home sometime in 2008.

And what a home it remains, spanning 8,000 square feet and housing five bedrooms and bathrooms. The proeprty is located in the exclusive, discreet Villa Montmorency neighbourhood in the French capital. The French capital alone would be a selling point for the mansion, with one private balcony on its top floor boasting an over-the-trees view of the city itself, including the Eiffel Tower.

The rest of the modern building is equally glamorous, from the living room with fireplace and elevator running etween the four storeys, not to mention the landscaped garden on the outside deck. the wine cellar and the home cinema.

The asking price for the pad? A round €9,000,000, which is either good news or bad news, depending on whether or not you are based in the US or UK.
