JustProperty has launched a new portal dedicated to Egypt property.
The number of tourists visiting Egypt have declined in the last year, as the country’s international popularity dips, but the country’s real estate is reportedly buoyant, according to the Oxford Business Group, which says that the fast-growing population is helping to drive demand for property, in addition to Egyptian expats looking to capitalise on the weaker Egyptian pound.
Now, JustProperty.com has demonstrated its confidence in the country’s property market with the launch of a new portal: Justproperty.com.eg.
The bi-lingual portal will marks a “significant milestone”, the firm’s CEO, Alex Nicholas, said in an official statement, “not just for our strategic expansion efforts across the Middle East and North Africa but also for our users; the thousands of property seekers, sellers and investors in Egypt who are in search of a user-friendly property search experience that offers the latest technology”.
“We are excited to establish our brand new portal in Egypt; one of the region’s historically robust and growth-oriented real estate marketplaces,” he added.
JustProperty is “the region’s fastest growing property portal”, says the company, which continues to expand its technologically advanced platform across key markets in MENA. JustProperty Egypt joins a range of new platforms launched by JustProperty in Bahrain, Jordan, and Oman, bringing its total number of country portals to seven.Google+
