John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are one of our favourite Hollywood movie star couples, but they might one day be better known for their real estate dealings. The talented pair have just brought another one of their many homes to the market, because they apparently have enough time in between their many projects and raising their kids to regularly hunt for houses and, just as regularly, sell them.
The latest to be listed is a cute custom-designed number at the end of a cul-de-sac in the hills above Laurel Canyon. The impressive estate spans a single-storey and 3,483 square feet, boasting four bedrooms and three and a half baths, including a master suite with more than one walk-in closet – not to mention a step-down living area, a vaulted and wood-beamed ceiling and a den with corner fireplace, plus an outdoor lounge (covered, natch) and a swimming pool set into pristine patch of grass.
The listing follows another listing of their home in Ojai, California, for $4.25 million, and their Sunset Strip six-bed number for $8 million earlier this year. The former had its price cut to $3.25 million, while the latter eventually sold for a discounted $6.5 million.
Their LA pad was snapped up two and a half years ago for $2.575 million. The asking price now? $3.495 million. If they can sell it at that figure without having to take a price slash there too, that second real estate career of theirs really could take off.

Michael J. Fox sells New England estate
In 1997, Michael J. Fox built a home in New England. The property, which spans 5,000 square feet, boasts six beds, five baths and a guest room above a carriage house. The home was designed in part by Marc Charbonnet, an interior designer who worked on Fox’s family’s apartment in New York. This, however, is far from the typical celeb city digs.
“This is a family home. It’s not some movie star, shindig house, but a quiet place for people constantly in the spotlight,” Charbonnet told Architectural Digest in 2000, when the home was featured in the magazine.
“It’s my playhouse, Fox confessed of a “cozy fishing shack by the pond” that sits near the home. “But I let the kids go in.”
Now, the estate is being put up for sale by the movie star, with an asking price of $4.25 million.
Brian Wilson lists LA lake house
Wouldn’t it be nice to live like Brian Wilson? Well, now’s your chance, because the Beach Boys frontman has listed his home in LA for sale. The lake house is more than enough to give you good vibrations, spanning 4,500 square feet, containing four bedrooms and five and a half baths, and overlooking the Arrowhead Lake.
“We’ve enjoyed having Brian up here the last 15 years,” listing agent Joseph Evans of Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty told Zillow. “He’s bought and sold four homes here over the last several years.”Google+
