NLA issues advice to temporary landlords

With the London Olympics edging ever nearer, an increasing number of business sectors and individuals are making sure they do not miss out on the chance to capitalise on the huge influx of visitors to the capital.

Now it seems it is the turn of homeowners with UK property to cash in, with innovative schemes in the pipeline for temporary rental opportunities.

The National Landlords Association (NLA), acknowledging the potential for homeowners to let their properties to visitors, has now issued its own guidance for those interested in taking advantage.

As well as serving as useful advice, the tips also run in-line with national regulations, and aim to help prevent people from falling foul of the law.
