The Property Investor Show ran from 11th – 12th April 2014 at ExCel London and was well received by the exhibitiors.

Mike Doyle, Director of the event, says they have received “very positive feedback from the overwhelming majority of exhibitors, which is reflected in the number of exhibitors re-booking for our October show”. Indeed, renewal for the autumn event is now 25 per cent higher than this time last year.

“Both footfall and attendance at seminar sessions showed year-on-year growth too,” continues Doyle. “These two factors’ combined, point to increased supplier confidence and firming up of buying intentions.”

Investment firm Knight Knox joined the sea of positive buzz, saying that “footfall was high throughout the two day event” and that their team was “flat out from the minute the show opened”.

The firm reports several sales made during the show, saying that interest from investors was “extremely high” for properties both in the UK and overseas.

“Great first day @Investor_Show for @LaurenSibley777 Looking forward to tomorrow,” tweeted Select Property, while Sequre reported a “great turn out at Michael Sack’s seminar on UK property investment success”.

“Having exhibited at more than 10 shows already this year in various cities around the world, we are acutely aware of the inherent value that dedicated property shows bring, as they allow us to showcase our products to a targeted audience who have chosen to attend the event for the specific purpose of purchasing an investment property,” explains Head of Marketing at Knight Knox International, Samantha Jones.

“This April’s Property Investor Show was one of the best we have attended,” she adds. “We have already booked our stand for the next show.”
