ROC Invest rebrand showcases student and buy-to-let investments

ROC Invest has undergone a rebrand and launched a new website to showcase its focus on student and buy-to-let property investments.

The independent boutique brokerage specialises in British real estate, principally in fully managed, high yielding, asset backed investments.

The firm’s team has over 50 years combined experience, understanding the importance of a personal and specialised service, working closely with each client to maximise returns and asset performance.

Now, the company has undergone a rebrand, launching both a new logo and website at www.rocinvest.co.uk . Combined, they provide a strong showcase for the company’s specialist offerings of student housing and UK buy-to-let property.

New forthcoming schemes include a 271-unit student scheme in the popular university city of Newcastle and a residential scheme in London’s Woolwich – a location set to seriously capitalise on Crossrail’s projected uplift in property values, estimated by some industry experts to increase by 52% by 2020. The Regal, a 30-unit development in Woolwich town centre, is three minutes from the Crossrail station.

Scimitar House , located in Romford town centre, also has strong projected Crossrail uplift. The studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, starting from £177,500, are of a high, luxury specification, with gym and concierge.

Colne Hall offers student apartments under half a mile from the University of Huddersfield, with 9% NET yields assured for five years. The development is set for completion in Q2 2016 with units starting from £57,495.

“Concentrating on the two markets of residential buy-to-let property and purpose built student accommodation in prime UK locations, ROC Invest’s rebrand reflects its expertise and trusted reputation in the UK investment real-estate industry,” Philip Rines, Director of ROC Invest, tells TheMoveChannel.com.

“ROC Invest now also offers a complete asset management service for all of its featured developments, reaffirming the company’s commitment to its investors, to create the best possible Return On Capital. It’s all in the name.”
