The Italian Index, Part 4: Napoli

According to’s latest Hotspot Index , Italy was the most searched for country by international property buyers, with Italy making up 21 out of the top 50 destinations.

This month, we take a look at the properties available in Italy’s various regions. Naples is the focus this week. Since the heavy bombing during World War II, the city and surrounding areas have seen significant urban development. This means that properties in the area will be good quality and relatively new with a contemporary design. Thanks to being higher up Italy’s economic scale, Naples is well-connected in terms of transport links, because of a high-speed rail network, which makes buy-to-let investments a sound option for any investor.
