President Barack Obama has proposed a $450 billion package designed to boost jobs in the US. Speaking yesterday to Congress, the President urged for immediate action on the proposals.
The country’s economy is currently seeing 9.1 per cent of the population unemployed, with many Americans unable to afford their homes.
The proposed package includes a combination of tax cuts and spending plans to create jobs in both teaching and construction, which Obama hopes can revive the economy, the employment market and, in turn, the property market as well.
