Forget Amy - this is the only Winehouse that matters - if you are looking for a little something extra when selecting a potential house purchase, a London pad that has just come onto the market comes with a quirky bonus thrown in to seal the deal - £10,000 of fine wine - and even if you're not in a position to make the purchase, then find someone who is and you will also get the haul of wine as a finders fee...

The five-storey Georgian house in South East London is currently home to Montrachet Fine Wine Merchants.

Boasting more than 3,100 square foot of space, a 51-foot garden and a location close to Big Ben, the house is in excellent condition externally but needs ‘a bit of tweaking' inside.

As is it currently set up as a business premises, any potential buyer will need to make some decorative changes and use their imagination to see the house as a family home.

The top two floors have been used to house some members of staff, whilst the bottom floor was offices. There is a large ‘tasting room' on the first floor.

In order to shift the property, Charles Taylor of Montrachet Fine Wine Merchants, is offering to hand over £10,000 worth of fine wine to anyone who can introduce a purchaser.

Louisa Taylor from Montrachet said, "We have been here for 11 years, but the opportunity came up to buy a property in Westminster where we will be moving in the summer.

"The house is slightly quirky and far cheaper than others in the street," adds Mrs Taylor.

The kitchen also needs expanding as it is very small, but with an asking price of £1.4 million, the house is priced well compared to others of a similar size in the area. It also boasts a walled garden and private sun terrace.

The purchaser comes out of the bargain well too, with the equivalent amount of wine to be left behind in the house along with a cellar consultation.

And the best bit? You won't have to buy any booze for the housewarming!
