Hollywood couple Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffiths are to have part of their garden confiscated from their £5 million home by Spanish authorities...

The pair must hand over the land as part of the country's war on over-development.

The public will now be able to have access to the beach in front of their home near Marbella.

Last year the couple were also told to knock down part of the building itself.

The move against the pair is the latest in a high-profile crackdown by Spain's Government which has affected many British property owners in the country.
