This weekend The Property Investor Show will be taking place from Friday 21^st to Sunday 23^rd September at ExCel London.  This year's show boasts a comprehensive range of seminar topics covering all the critical issues concerning the serious property investor.

 Chris Davidson (Senior Product Manager) and Lerri Calligher (South and Central American Property Analyst) of property investment specialists E-Quity.com will be delivering a top-level seminar on the exciting new market opportunities across Latin America.  The talk will be structured around a “SWOT” analysis of the continent's real estate markets, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Davidson commented: “Latin America is starting to be talked about as The Next Big Thing in international property investment circles.  Although this vibrant and exciting continent has been much overlooked in the past, it's hard now to ignore the massive opportunities on offer here.  Brazil is set to become an economic superpower and has been tipped to be one of the four largest economies in the world by 2050 by Goldman Sachs.  There are also many hidden gems such as Uruguay and Panama and the continent as a whole has massive tourism potential.”

Calligher added: “Investment is pouring in to Latin America right now, especially around the expansion of the world famous Panama Canal and tourist development in Brazil's beautiful north east region.  Tomorrow we'll give you an invaluable insight into the workings of some of Latin America's most exciting markets.”
